Message stuck in Outbox

After a failed attempt to send a message aprox. 2MB, although an error
message indicating a size error was produced, the message was sent. However
the message is now stuck in my Outbox and I cannot get rid of it. Whatever I
try to do with it, it tells me that I cannot do anything because the process
of transmition has already begun. If I leave it to send the message it will
give me a send error later, so I cannot delete it move it or send it.

Any ideas how to get rid of it?

Place Outlook offline by File-> Work Offline and restart Outlook. You should
now be able to delete it.

Place Outlook offline by File-> Work Offline and restart Outlook. You
should now be able to delete it.
