Message when starting Excel warning about Excelint.exe file extens

I get this message when I load Excel stating that the file I am trying to
open Excelint.exe is in a different format than the file extension. Verify
where it came from.... do you still want to open it?

Any ideas what this is about, what the implications are and how I can fix it??
Thanks,

I get the same message now, but it was after I installed SigmaPlot. Don't
know what happened.

Thanks Brent, I just installed SigmaPlot too so that must be it. I will
contact SigmaPlot to see if they know what implications (if any) there are.

Was there a solution to this problem? I also have installed SigmaPlot and
have the same problem.

In case anyone is still interested, I contacted SigmaPlot about this and
their suggestion, below, resolved the problem:
"This error message
indicates an integration error between Excel and SigmaPlot. Excel 2007
has not been certified with SigmaPlot.

To resolve this issue, you need to remove the integration. Go to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\XLSTART. You should see three
files excelint.exe, sigmaplot.xla, and spRemove.xla, create a subfolder
within the XLStart directory and move these files into the subfolder.
Make sure Excel is closed at the time you move these files."
