messagee error loading Word 2004 MS Framework Library

I'm getting a message error when opening Word 2004 (or PPT/Excel):
"Unexpected error while trying to load MS Framework Library." This
started happening after I uninstalled Editorium's Editor's
Tool Kit Plus (because it was doing weird things to my documents) and
then reinstalled Word.
What is the Framework Library and why isn't it loading?
Has anyone else had any problems running the Ed. Tool Kit in Word?

Did you carefully re-install all the updates to Office in the correct
order? I think I got a similar message after trying to shortcut the
re-installation after accidentally deleting Word. I'm pretty sure it
stopped after I put all the updates on.
