messages are not coming thru in emails.

when I get an original email the header is complete including the subject but
nothing appears in the body of the message except the following:
"No virus found in this incoming message.
Checked by AVG.
Version: 7.5.519 / Virus Database: 269.22.4/1355 - Release Date: 4/1/2008
5:37 PM"

anyone have an idea of what is going on? Thanks.

You don't mention what version of Outlook you're using.
My suggestion would be that you uninstall AVG, restart your PC/laptop, then
reinstall it but omit configuring it to actively scan incoming and outgoing
email. This won't compromise your security since your real time scanner will
catch anything it's been updated for. AV is a common culprit of receiving
blank emails, duplicate or multiple emails, etc.
