Hello,
I have been using outlook 2003 for over a year, working just fine aside from
the usual little things that are documented elsewhere.
All of a sudden it stopped dowloading my messages. But it didn't tell me it
wasn't doing it, it goes thorugh all the motions and says it is sending and
receiving, but nothing comes through. This happened suddenly and I did not
find out till I was told my mailbox on the server was full.
I was told by my server that they do not support outlook, and that i should
use outlook express.
I switched to outlook express to see if it would work there. It does. I
have checked and re-checked my settings, and I still can not get the messages
to download with outlook. But they will download with Outlook Express.
I have four addresses I use to retrieve mail with Outlook, one is my
personal, and that works fine. The other three are for business and those are
the three that won't download to Outlook.
Any help available or suggestions?
