Messages don't get to recipents when there is CC address

Has anyone had the problem that when you add a "CC" or "BCC" recipent the
message leaves your outbox and is marked as sent but it never reaches the
recipents?

If anyone knows how to remedy this problem could they let me know.

All my emails sent to a TO: CC: and/or BCC: address always arrive.

Why do you think they don't? Do you get NDAs? What do the addresses have
in common?

Well i know they don't because i have tested it on my own e-mails and they
never come through but only when there is a CC or BCC address listed.

The addresses don't have anything in common, i have tried to private, aol,
hotmail addresses and they don't get it. If I it to them in the TO field they
receive it.
