Messages getting stuck in the outbox outlook 2003

Hello,
I am having a problem with some emails with attachments getting stuck
in severals users outbox. Not all attachments get stuck and if the
users opens the outbox and then opens the message and clicks on 'send'
then the message will send.

I have disabled AV/firewall (Trend) on the client pc, and disabled
VSAPI scanning on GFI Mail Security on the exchange server. I have
also completely re-installed GFI but we are having the same problems.

I have noticed we get the following error on the exchange server:

Event Id: 9567

Unexpected error 0x8004010f occurred in "EcVirusScanOneMessage".

And have run 'isinteg' on the exchange databases as per the MS
technote, but it hasn't helped.

But I am not sure if this is related. It seems to be a problem with
the outlook email client.

Has anyone had any similar problems? What can I do?
