Messages just sit in the outbox

Greg

I have been able to send messages just fine, until today. (Downloading has
always been a spotty ordeal, however.) But now, when I try to send, they
just sit there in the outbox. No amount of attempted re-sending produces any
results. The error message says:

Task 'XXXXXXXXX - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC35) : 'The server cannot
process the request. You may not have cookies enabled for your e-mail
server's domain. To enable cookies, check your browser's privacy settings. The
server responded 'Method Not Allowed'.

But I have allowed all cookies - even third party cookies (against my better
judgment)
Outlook 2003, Hotmail accounts, AOL 9.0 internet access, XP home, Fujitsu

Hi Greg,
Create a new profile in Outlook by going to the control panel, double
click the mail icon (classic mode) and click on show profiles.
(You must have more than one HTTP account set up in Outlook) - only supports
one per profile

Here is an article for Outlook express. it says to create a new identity
which would be a profile for outlook
