My client has a folder structure created for 'archiving' his messages in his
mail box (not real archiving, he just moves messages to the folders so he can
easier find them).
His folders’ structure looks something like Archive 2006 and Archive 2007
and then he got subfolders there like Claims, Reports etc.
It happened to him on number of occasions that his emails that he moved from
his Inbox to one of the folders got moved back to his Inbox by the system. I
could not replicate it, but it did happen to him on at least 3 occasions -
the event would not reoccur so it is very difficult to troubleshoot it.
We use Exchange 2003\Outlook 2003 and we do not use local mail profiles, all
emails are stored on the server.
Any ideas what might be casing this?
All help greatly appreciated,
