Messages replies have an attachment of the original message

Hello,

In Outlook 2003, when I reply to a message it adds the original
message as an attachment. Does anyone know how to turn this off?

Tools>Options>E-mail Options. Change the "When replying to a message" drop
down so it doesn't say "Attach original message".
