Messages showing in "Find related" but not in Conversation view

Hi folks,

I'm supporting a user who is accustomed to Conversation view as it works in Gmail. She's very frustrated with Outlook because its Conversation view isn't displaying all the messages in each conversation. If she uses "Find related messages" they show up, but when she uses normal Conversation view they don't. Is she doing something wrong or is there a bug we're not aware of? I never use Conversation view (and in fact I hate Gmail's grouping view) so I'm not really able to help her.
