Messages Showing Up Behind Main Window

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: Exchange

I've just upgraded to Entourage 2008. Whenever I double-click on a message it opens up in its own window (perfect). However, when I leave Entourage and go to the Finder or other app, when I return that message is now sitting behind my main identity window. The same happens when I get a notification of a new email. I go to the app and it's sitting behind the main window.

Anyway I can fix this?
