Messages stay in outbox until i click

Messages stay in outbox folder until i click any space in outlook 2000, 2003
on computers wih windows xp sp2.

More info please: what type of email environment are you in? Are the PC's on
a LAN? If Exchange, is it on the other side of your router?

PCs and Exchange server in the same LAN. Exchange version was 2000. Recently
upgraded to 2003, but problem still exist.
