Using Outlook SP3 on XP SP2 PCs, we have had a number of employees who have
started having difficulty with sending emails. The emails eventually do
send, but it may take hours or more to process out. These emails will just
sit in the outbox. Live Meeting add-in is common to all pcs having this issue.
