Messages stuck in outbox

[Frustrated]

I tried to send a few messages with attachments and they are stuck in the
outbox. I have tried to delete them and they willl not delete. I have tried
exiting them and I get a message that says all 3 are in the process of going.

Set outlook offline then delete.
