Good day,
Thank you for your post.
I am not sure what is the exact steps you used to copy the emails to the
"archievd" Personal folder. While if we select "Personal Folder" instead of
select a subfolder under Personal folder while copying the message, it will
copy the messages to the top of Personal folder.
Now let's check if we can see these messages as follows:
1. Go to View->Folder list.
2. In the folder list, please high light the root folder of the Personal
folders. Can you see the messages in the right pane?
If you still cannot see the messages, please give me a screen shot as
follows so that I will check if there is any filter applied.
To make a screen shot:
a. Open the root folder of Personal folder and press the PrintScreen key
on the keyboard at the right of the key F12.
b. Open Microsoft Word and press Ctrl+V.
c. Click File (menu) -> Save to save the file and send it to me.
Please let me know if this solves the problem or if you would like further
assistance.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
Grace Xiao MCSE
