messages will not show in inbox

I have synced my email that I have through my website to my Outlook 2002, I
had to put the settings in manually, but when I hit the button that says
"test account settings" everything completes successfully. I can send email
fine, but messages will not show up in my inbox. After hitting send and
recieve a million times I checked my webmail, through my site, and the
messages were there but they still did not show up in Outlook.

Any Filters or Views applied to your inbox ?
Any rules set to move the mail ?
Any AV/Spam Software grabbing it ?

not sure about filters or views, or rules where would I find them?
as far as the spam software no.
