Messages with no content

This is a repeat of an earlier query as no reply/acknowledgment has been received.

Messages in various email accounts (POPs) and from various sources have been arriving without content. The content does usually appear in the Sources (under Messages tab)but I can't make out any particular pattern to why some content does appear and some not.

I cn't be sure but I think this started after I updated to Mac OS X 10.5.8 last night.

Let's eliminate your Identity and your User's folder. I doubt this is from
the update since no one else has reported this.

Drag a few of the problem messages to the desktop.

1) Create a new Identity in Entourage. No need to enter account info. Just
cancel out.

Drag the messages from the desktop into the Identity. Do you still see blank
messages. If no, then it's your Identity.

If yes, Testing in a new User will quickly tell you if the problem is system
wide or if it¹s your User¹s folder that contains the problem. (Drag the test
messages to Shared so you'll have access in the new User.)

If it is in your User's folder, clear some of the cashes as recommend here:
