Is there any way you can have a message so that it shows when hit the close
button - the message would ask a yes or no questions in a worksheet (Not the
usual save message)

I'm sure there is more to this question than you posted but..........

In Thisworkbook module.

Private Sub Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean)
MsgBox "Did you have a nutritious breakfast?"
End Sub

That code does nothing other than ask a question.

Maybe post some more details of what you want to occur?
