messaging interface error

changed from 2003 back to XP. Now wont let me print..
"The messeging interface has returned an unknown error. If
problem persists restart outlook" Obviously restarting
outlook doesn't work, neither does detect and repair. Any
ideas?? Appears after ok on print window or before print
preview.
