Platform: Windows XP, Outlook 2003, com add-in installed

1) User composes mail message
2) User sends message
3) Message goes to Outbox, and does not appear to be sent
4) User opens message from Outbox
5) User tries to send message
6) Error: "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the
problem persists, restart Outlook."

Hi

First of all, I think we need to isolate the problem via remove the addin
to see if the problem persists.
If no, then we need to comment out the addin code to see which code line
cause the problem.
Also you may try to run the addin on another machine to see if the problem
persists.
So that we will know where is the problem lie in?
