Messaging Subsystem Spooler shuts down Outlook

Everytime I go to send a message I get the
following, "Microsoft Windows Messaging Subsystem Spooler
has encountered a problem and needs to close. What is
going on?? I can get Outlook Express to work but not
Outlook.
