Messaging Subsystem Spooler

I have Outlook 97 with Windows XP. I am getting an error
message, "Microsoft Windows(TM) Messaging Subsystem
Spooler has encountered a problem and needs to close. My
Outlook 97 has been working fine with Windows XP.
