Messed up resource pool

I am trying to setup different base calendars for different resources as
they are located in different countries.

The problem I am having is that there are 5 resources that automatically
display the same calendar as the base calendar. So if I go to resource 1 and
change the base calendar, the calendar for resources 2 & 3 changes
automatically to the new value I just selected for 1. The same happens with
4&5. No matter which one I set, the others will automatically change to that
new value.

I have about 15 resources and only 5 behave this way.

Any suggestions?

BTW: It is project server 2002. It does not have an option to "delete
resources" in the "cleanup project database" page.

Solved it. For some reason those resources had the same calendar_UID value.
in the resources table.

Rather than altering the table directly and risk breaking something else, I
renamed and deactivated half of the problematic resources and then created
new ones with the old names.

Before doing this I removed all the assignments for those resources form
existing projects and restored them later.
