messeging interface has returned an unknown error

I have a group of users having problems printing a particular user's calendar
in Outlook 2003. They can print fine when printing any view EXCEPT daily.
When they print daily, they get the message "The messeging interface has
returned an unknown error, if the problem presist please restart outlook".

Has anyone seen this before? I've scoured MS's website and haven't been
able to find anything relating to Outlook 2003 - only Outlook 2002 and those
fixes don't work.

Any assistance woudl be greatly appreciated.
