metadata and track changes

Julie

I have a question about track changes. If I've accepted
all my changes, and there is not an undo history
available, is there any way for someone else to see a
history of my changes? What precautions should I take to
make sure my document is secure?

thanks

Hi Julie

There are two other mechanisms that can save text you've changed or deleted
in the file - Versions, and Fast Save. If these are off, I believe only the
current text should be in the saved file.

You might also want to look at (Word XP) Tools > Options > Security settings
to remove private information from a file.
