METADATA VIEWING IN PICTURE MANAGER

After expanding the "picture properties" field there are locations to view
the "Title", "Description" and "Keywords".

Even though the image contains Descriptions/Titles/Keywords (as confirmed
when opened in photoshop) Picture Manager does not display any data at all.

How can I get Picture Manager to display the metadata it says it can.
Preferably I would like to have it display XMP and IPTC if either exist in
the image.

Navigate to the folder containing the image, r-click on it Select
Properties, then Summary tab. Does the info show up there? If not,
Picture manager can't see it either.
