My laptop came with office 2003 std that needed a activation. Instead I
installed office 2003 pro I had to delete the std program before I could
install the pro vesrion. . Now when I start Outlook I get a meesage that
metamail has detected a newer version of oulook and I need to reinstall
metamail. Where do I find it

Um, ask Metamail? It is not a part of Outlook, perhaps ask your ISP or is
it a mail add-in?
