Thank you for responding to my question on adding metatags
to my Publisher website. The answer was to download the XP
Service Pack 2. However, I don't have XP. I am running
Windows ME. Does this matter?

That would be "Office" XP Service Pack 2.
Not "Windows" XP.

Windows XP and Office XP are two different things.

As long as you have any version 2002 Office Suite product you can and should
install Office XP SP 1 and 2.
