meters only

How can I set Visio to use meters or cm only ? I want to
draw a room and see the wall sizes - and I cant get to
see them in meters, no meter if I change the "tools-
options-units". How can I do that ?

What version of Visio are you using?

Starting with Visio 2002, you could install either metric or "US Units"
templates and stencils. Prior to that you needed to purchase the
International English version.

Otherwise, you can try setting defaults in "Tools->Options" but it will only
affect defaults and not all the existing stencils and templates.
