Method not allowed

I am suddenly unable to send any emails thru Outlook and receive the
following message repeatedly:
Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC35) : 'The server cannot
process the request.The server responded 'Method Not Allowed'.

HELP!?

Open IE, go to 'Tools|Internet Options|Privacy', type in:

hotmail.com

and Allow Cookies.
