I am having difficulty getting the 'Workbooks.Open' statement to work. I am
attempting to write a macro that will copy data from the first sheet of a
dynamic array of workbooks into a single master spreadsheet. Unfortunately,
I cannot get workbooks to open for copying. I have other macros that open
and access other workbooks, and they operate just fine. I have recorded a
and tried a very simple, and specific macro to open a workbook, and the
function continues to fail. Is there a setting or declaration that I am
missing that would allow this? (Though I fail to see why the recorded macro
would fail.)
