MHT files and database connectivity

Does anyone have any experience with publishing MHT (web archive) files
and having them authenicate against a SQL Server or Sybase database via ODBC
connection.

I'm not sure this is even possible and I cannot find any documentation
upon doing a few hours of research on the MS site.
