MIC Error in PowerPoint

I'm trying to get a linked song file (4.08MB in .mp3 format)
to play in a presentation (PowerPoint 2003).
Did every thing to insirt the file & link it to the presentation,
I see it there but can not get it to play.
& I get an error message that says;
"The specified file cannot be played on the specified MCI device.
The file may be corrupt, not in the correct format or no fil "
What should I do next ?
(The song file plays fine in a program like Real Player.)

UpDate 2:30 am....

Figured it out, PowerPoint dose not like the .mp3 format.
I reformated the song to .wma format,
reinserted it to the prestntation & now every thing is working !!!!
