mic/headset phone calls

Hi Guys - Please help me?????????

I am using a mic/headset and it works fine using Windows
Messenger - I can hear and be heard. But, when I make a
phone call in Outlook - I can hear the other party but
they can't hear me? Where do I go to fix this problem
please???
