Mico word error reading

Every time we open Word and create document then attempt
to save we get message that Micosoft has received an
error and is closing and either send or not. It will then
attempt to recover the document but it does not always
work. Have re-loaded XP home edition. Still no
improvement. Any help would be great, thanks.

Can you include the details of the error message? It would help to point us in the right direction.
