When I create a rule by clicking the create rule on toolbar when the message
is highlighted, I check all the conditions, then when the rule is created and
it asks if I owuld like to run the rule, it doesn't move the message to the
folder I ask it to. Then I need to go to Tools > Rules and Alerts and then
delete the rule I just made. Close the box, do the whole process over of
creating a rule, then run the rule it works. Why doesn't it work the first
time?
I have Windows XP Home with Office 2003 and current updates.
