Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Email Client: pop This message just started today. it will not stop. Does anyone know what to do. i can not entourage at all

This messages appears every 15 seconds or so.
I have read some of the posts and have tried turning on/off the sync services, I have tried rebuilding the database and none have worked.
This problem started recently after an update to the software.
Please advise how to fix this issue.
