Microphone Icon wont show in Language bar

I have installed the Speech recognition and everything tells me that i should
have a microphone icon in my language bar, however there isnt one there to
turn speech on...does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Ok i sorted this out myself...

Start > Control Panel > Time Date Reginal Settings > Regianl n language
settings > Language > Button (D)

Then choose the language you want to have the microphone on, if you have
installed speech with this language then the microphone option should be
under its properties button
