Microphone Recommendations

I'm interested to hear in anyone's recommendations for
microphones with OneNote. I have a Dell Laptop and have
tried a couple of the cheapos with pitiful results.

I am a project manager and I hold many meetings in
conference rooms with anywhere from 3 to 15 people.

Any suggestions, experiences welcome.

I do a lot of voice dictation using Dragon Naturally Speaking which
typically has extensive discussions of which microphones. One source
is called "emicrophone.com" and they seem to know whereof they speak.
Since I do not like headsets, I use a Buddy Handy microphone--source
is "www.dragonsys.ca". This is about $110. I would strongly recommend
some form of Dragon rather than the built in Microsoft system which
is, I think, a "reduced" or mini version of Dragon.
