I have Word 2004 for Mac and use it to write scripts. THe scripts are
written in a table with two columns and run any where from eighteen to
thirty pages. Recently I had a problem. The tables became
corrupted. The script would look fine when I viewed it in "normal"
but when I looked at it in "Page layout" the text in some of the cells
was cut off. When I printed it, the cells were also cut off so I lost
a lot of material. I had similar problems before I bought my Mac and
was writing on a PC.
I solved the problem by extracting all the text from the cells and
pasting them into a new document with a new table. Any words of
wisdom about an easier way to solve the problem?
