Microsfoft Office 2003, Uninstall, Reinstall probs

Hi all,

For some reason our Microsoft Office small business package 2003 suddenly
stopped working. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice but once
it's reinstalled and we attempt to open a word doc for example a window pops
up stating:
"Microsoft Office Word has not been installed for the current user. Please
run setup to install the application"?

When i click ok, the whole application closes. The same thing happens with
excel and all other apps in programme...?

Can anyone help "with run setup to install the appliation"? Maybe when i
bought it i entered different details to what i've entered now when
reinstalling it? How can i change user details maybe?

Any help is much appreciated :)
