Microsoft 11.0 Object Library

We have a user that has office xp and acess 2002.. we have a programer who
has written vba code that appears to rely on the office 10 library.

We have recently upgraded office to 2003.. Which uses a different library.

Can we run both libraries on a user's machine without loading office 2003 ?
or is this possible

No, but code that runs under the 10 libraries should run without changes or
needing to use an 11 library under 11. I compile my addins under Outlook
2000 and they run with no problems under Outlook 2000, 2002 and 2003.
