microsoft 2000

I asked this question yesterday but never did get an
answer. I have microsoft office 2000 upgrade but only
have the one cd. I have been moving things around and I
have lost the book and the other cd with the number on it
to register. I upgraded from 97 office and I am wanting
to get a new computer but I need the other cd.
Please help me.
