Microsoft 2003 error - add-in

I just installed Microsoft BCM and everytime I start Outlook, I get an error
message :The add-in "c:\program~1\mcaffee.com\vso\outscan.dll" could not be
installed or loaded. I tried to run the Delete & Repair under the help menu
to no avail. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated
