Microsoft 2003, how do I set up delegate access?

L

Lisa

I am trying to set up delegate access for another person to my inbox. I have
reviewed the instructions in the help menu - Tools, Options, Delegate... I do
not see any function key that says delegate, permission, access, or anything
similar. Please help. (These are pop3 accounts).

I'd appreciate any assistance.

Aloha Lisa,

Delegate access only works with Exchange server mailboxes. POP3 accounts
save their data (generally) to PST files and those can't be accessed that
way. You'd have to share out the file location on your hard drive to them
and only one of you can be in it at a time.
