microsoft 7.0 works word processer

when trying to open a word processor document i keep getting a error message
saying file ltkrn13n.dll is missing!! i read a article on microsoft.con
article id #892614 reguarding this issue did everything in the article still
having problems what should i do next respond to (e-mail address removed)
