Microsoft Access – SQL Server DTS

Does anyone know a good way to deal with Jet engine error when running the
DTS package to transfer 3250000 records from access (JET 4.0 Sp8) to SQL
server 5? I have inherited the set up now I need a quick fix, I will
restructure everything later. Working in production. Replication cannot be
done for now, tables in SQL do not have proper format (keys, relationships,
rules).
