microsoft access 2000

I've received a cd that contains data that must read by
the microsoft 2000 database. The problem is I don't have
microsoft access 2000 and don't know how to install it.
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

You can't install what you don't have. You need to purchase a copy of ACCESS
2000 (or ACCESS 2002 or ACCESS 2003) and install it.
