Can I make the user logon Id available to Access 2002?

If you mean you've implemented user-level security, you can use the
CurrentUser() function to return the Access username.

If you mean the Windows username, you can use the function at
http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0008.htm
to retrieve that.

If you mean something else, please post more details.
